The Avatars.Report DIY @ Home setup is an experimental setup for control and telemanipulation experiments, build from low-cost commercially available and 3D printed parts.
The DIY @ Home setup has the following features:
- Voltage on the DC motor can be controlled from the Arduino with motor shield (PWM based)
- Position and force can be measured from the Arduino
- The paddle gear design provides a high transmission ratio with little friction
